Our urgent call-in service helps connect residents to the necessary departments and resources during evenings and weekends.

To reach an MD department after 4:30pm on weekdays or at any time during the weekend, simply dial the main administration office number 780.849.4888 (toll-free 1.866.449.4888), and you'll be connected to a live agent. The relevant department will then review and respond to your call on a priority basis.

Please be mindful that the after-hours call-in service is specifically designed for urgent resident requests. To alleviate pressure on this service, kindly reach out for any non-urgent questions, concerns, or complaints during regular business hours, from 8:15am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday. Residents may also submit a complaint or service request through the Alert the MD form on the website.
