The MD wishes to notify area residents of an upcoming infrastructure project in the Hamlet of Widewater. The Transportation department will be building a drainage ditch along the utility right-of-way to improve water flow and prevent flooding.
The tentative start date for construction of this project is April 20, 2024.
Project details
The utility right-of-way starts from Widewater Drive, south of the Widewater Booster Station, and extends to the drainage ditch north of Woodland Estate Road. The anticipated duration is 4 weeks.
Impact on residents:
Construction equipment and machinery will be in operation, causing noise during daytime hours. Equipment movement is expected. We will make every effort to minimize disruptions to the best of our ability.

- Obey signs and barriers: adhere to all posted signs and safety barriers
