The MD has implemented a 24/7 reception service to address urgent resident requests outside of regular working hours.
Most MD staff observe regular office hours, but issues like a utility disruption or animal at large happen when they happen. The MD's new urgent call-in service helps connect residents to the departments and resources they need during evening and weekend hours.
To contact an MD department after 4:30PM on weekdays, or at any time during the weekend, simply dial the main administration office number 780.849.4888 (toll-free 1.866.449.4888) and you'll be connected to a live agent. The appropriate department will then review and respond to your call on a priority basis.
Please note that the after-hours call-in service is designed to help the MD respond to urgent or time-sensitive resident requests.
To reduce the strain on this service, please submit any non-urgent questions, concerns or complaints to the MD during regular business hours of 8:15AM to 4:30PM Monday to Friday. Residents can also submit a complaint or service request via the Alert the MD form on the MD website.
If immediate action is required to assist with an urgent matter, please dial 9-1-1.
