Call for Directors

High Prairie Elks Hall Downtown

If you are a member of the Lesser Slave Watershed and are interested in taking an active role to support our initiatives, please consider submitting your name for election to the society's Board of Directors. Currently the Board is made up of 16 individuals.

8 positions are filled by incumbents until June 2019.

8 positions will be open and available for election at the June 7, 2018 AGM.

New directors serve for a two year term (2018-2020). We are seeking candidates for the following seats:

  • Agriculture
  • Recreation and Tourism & Alternate
  • Cottage and Cabin Owners & Alternate
  • Trappers & Alternate
  • Non Government Organization & Alternate
  • Forestry Sector & Alternate
  • Member at large alternate
  • Commercial Fishermen & Alternate

In order to become a director you must be a member of the LSWC, read and agree to the Board of Director Terms of Reference, and complete a Board of Director Nomination form.
