Drug Awareness Presentations

The interruption of drug trafficking is a priority of the Slave Lake RCMP Detachment. One of the RCMP initiatives is to bring awareness to the communities with respect to drug use. There have been a number of drug awareness presentations being offered in Slave Lake and area in 2017.

The third presentation will be held on May 11, 2017 at 6:30 p.m. at the Elk's Hall in the Legacy Centre. There will be two presenters from the Parents Empowering Parents (PEP) Society who will share their personal stories. There will be a Q&A session following the presentation.

Our guest speakers are:

Lerena Greig, Executive Director, Parents Empowering Parents (PEP) Society
Natalie Wehner, Parent

There is no fee to attend the presentation. Handouts/pamphlets and refreshments will be made available for those attending. If you require any additional information, please fell free to contact Slave Lake Victims Services at 780-849-6884 or the Slave Lake RCMP Detachment at 780-849-3999.
